Whew. This is one of those things that makes no sense, but it still happens.
Is every darned window on your Vista desktop showing glass, but the taskbar remains opaque? That's annoying huh?
Here is the culprit - "iTunes". If you enable the iTunes toolbar, the glass on the taskbar quits working.
Damn, who wudda thunk!!
